There are no easy answers, but there is power in stepping away from the noise, immersing yourself in the wild, and finding the courage to ask big questions like:

  • How do I exist in this world while staying connected to my values and vision for something better?

  • What does it mean to embrace adversity and let myself crack open to a place where the light can shine through?

I bring together my 15 years of experience as a group therapist, 20 years as a wilderness educator, and 5 years as a certified meditation teacher to create unique communities and experiences where you get to show up as your most authentic self and learn, grow, and be challenged in the best way possible.
